[Campus Announcement – Office of Academic Affairs] Important Information Regarding Clearance Procedures and Degree Certificate Collection for Graduates of the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026
The following information is provided regarding the graduation clearance procedures and collection of degree certificates for students graduating in the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.
Announcement
The graduation clearance period for students graduating in the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 is from June 17, 2026 (Wednesday) to September 7, 2026 (Monday). Graduating students are required to complete the necessary procedures through the Graduation Clearance System:

On July 10, 2026 (Friday), the University will assist the College Entrance Examination Center in administering the Advanced Subjects Test. Therefore, degree certificates will not be issued on that day. Students who have fulfilled graduation requirements should arrange another date to complete the graduation clearance procedures and collect their degree certificates.

A brief explanation regarding graduate students’ collection of degree certificates is provided in Attachment 2.
In accordance with the regulations of the National Central Library, graduate students whose theses are approved for delayed public access must complete the Application Form for Delayed Public Access to Theses and Dissertations of the National Central Library (Attachments 3 and 4). The form must be signed by the required parties, accompanied by supporting documentation for delayed public access, and attached (not bound) inside the printed thesis. The complete materials must be submitted to the Registration Division of the Office of Academic Affairs together with the graduation clearance documents.
(1) Students who applied for degree examinations before or during Academic Year 2024–2025:
The application form must include signatures from the graduate student and the thesis advisor, as well as the official stamp of the department/institute review unit (Attachment 3).
(2) Students who apply for degree examinations from Academic Year 2025–2026 onward:
The application form must include signatures from the graduate student, thesis advisor, all examination committee members, and the official stamp of the department/institute review unit (Attachment 4).
After graduates complete the clearance procedures and receive their printed degree certificates, the Office of Academic Affairs will send the digital Chinese degree certificate to the email address registered by the student no later than the end of the second month following certificate issuance.
The digital degree certificate may be used together with the printed certificate depending on the intended purpose and recipient. If students do not receive their digital degree certificate within two months after receiving the printed certificate, please contact Ms. Hsiu-Wen Hsieh or Ms. Julian Chu of the Registration Division, Office of Academic Affairs. Related information is provided in Attachment 5.
Students who are unable to graduate after reaching the maximum period of study in the current semester shall be dismissed in accordance with the University's Academic Regulations. Students whose maximum period of study has not yet expired must complete registration for the first semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.
