University Goals

NSYSU's teacher education program aims to prepare outstanding teachers with strong self-efficacy, professional commitment to education, and professional competence. They are expected to combine knowledge with character, humanistic concern, and integrity, serving as both mentors and skilled educators.

Our Approach

NSYSU values sound educational principles, a commitment to service, and dedication to teaching. Its programs strengthen reflective and critical approaches to teaching, innovative instructional skills, curriculum design and development, the use of information technology in teaching, and communication and guidance skills. Professional development, local relevance, humanistic values, technology, international perspectives, and readiness for the future guide this work.
